Message....

"My message to other educators is that we have to focus on giving the child quality pre-primary and primary education. Once we have built a strong foundation, the child would be equipped to make the right choices not just for themselves but also for the country. Here the principals play a very vital role because they are the ones who implement decisions taken in education. At the same time, principals need to focus on inspiring teachers and ensure that they keep their teams together to inspire the child to be a better human being. He is the role model for everyone and this is a huge responsibility." S. A. Imam Hosp. Mgt. (London) Director

Observations allow teachers to record students' development. Presentations and Demonstrations, as assessment tools, allow students to discuss and demonstrate their learning and set goals for future growth.

On Child Centric Education

“There are also many seminars that ACS holds where they try to involve not just the teachers but also the parents. In all, they believe in child-centric education. To complement their efforts, they also have career counselors who aid the students in choosing their focus area. We are constantly in touch with experts in the field of education. We want to do all that is possible which is required for the child’s complete development, be it in terms of infrastructure, technology, or innovative pedagogy, all at an affordable cost. Designing programs is an ongoing process. It is continuous in nature, as well.

Our director, Dr. S. F. Emam, added, "At the end of the day, we would like our students to understand, respect, and appreciate the culture that they live in. Indian culture is very rich, and an educator in this country must keep in mind that it is very important that he is not carried away with all that we see around us today. Yes, there are options, but along with these options come choices, and we equip our children in such a manner that they are able to make mature and balanced choices."

Thoughts On National Integration

"One of the most important things that we need to keep in mind is national integration. Today’s child is tomorrow’s leader. We need to prepare them now. They must gain a complete understanding of our culture, different traditions, different religions, diversity and must learn how to respect each other. This kind of understanding cannot come without the participation of parents. It is therefore very important for schools to work closely not just with the child but also with their parents. There has to be regular interaction between the parents and the teachers where they exchange thoughts and new ideas. This is crucial for the child’s growth."
